Add Notes

Track notes added across all change stages. You can sort the notes displayed (oldest first or latest first) and expand/collapse them.

 

 

To add notes,

  1. Click Add Notes. Alternatively, you can also select Actions > Add Note on the toolbar.
  2. Choose the change stage where the note must be appended.
  3. Enter the relevant information in the editor. Use @ to tag users in the note.
  4. Upload attachments, if any.
  5. Click Save.
 You can edit or delete only the notes added by you.
