Custom views enable technicians to create personalized asset lists based on specific criteria. Instead of repeatedly applying filters, technicians can save frequently used filter configurations as custom views and quickly access the assets most relevant to their work.
By default, all assets are displayed in the asset list.
To apply a custom view:
Click the Filter drop-down menu.
Select the required custom view.
The asset list is updated based on the selected filter criteria.
Additional Actions:
Click the
to mark a custom view as favorite.
Use
Drag and Drop icon to reorder custom views in the drop-down list.
Click
Manage Views icon on the custom views drop-down.
You can create a custom view using either of the following methods:
Create a Custom View from Advanced Filter
Click
Advanced Filter.
Enter the criteria and click Save as Custom View.

Create Custom View from Manage Views
Select the filter drop-down and click Manage Views icon.

Select New Custom View.

Enter a name and set filter criteria.
Set access level for the custom view.
Private: Accessible only to you.
Public: Accessible to all users.
Enable column customization to select the columns to be displayed and define their sort order.
Click Save.

From the Manage Views page, you can perform the following actions:
Click
to edit a custom view or mark it as private.
Toggle to enable or disable the filter.
Click the
visibility icon to change a view from public to private or vice-versa.
Use the
search icon to find a specific custom views.
To delete custom views, select one or more custom views and click Delete.

Click View History to track all operations performed on the asset custom views.
The history logs are grouped by date. You can expand or collapse each date group.
Use the Choose Date drop-down to list history logs by date or periodicity. You can also sort the logs listed using the
icon.
Use the filter field to list the history logs based on fields or operations.
