Barcode/QR Code History

Records the barcode/QR code generation history and unprinted codes.

To view history, go to Assets > Barcode/QR Code > History.

Role Required: SDAdmin or users with Add/Edit/View Inventory permissions.

 

 

View and Print Unprinted Codes

• Enable the Show only unprinted codes checkbox.
• The unprinted code entries are listed with their summary.
• Hover over the required entry and click .
• Select the code type and label property. To create a label property, click on the Label Property field.
• Preview the label in the canvas.
• Click Print or Test Print.

Search

Use keywords such as barcode/QR code values, technician name, or product type to search through the history and unprinted codes.

Filter

Filter barcode/QR code history and unprinted codes by site.
