Edit and Delete Service Packs

ServiceDesk Plus gives you an option to modify and delete the existing Service Packs.

Edit Service Packs

1. Go to Assets>>Software>>Service.

2. In the service pack list view page, select the Service Pack of your choice.  

3. From the Service Pack details page, click Edit button. 

4. In the Edit Service Pack form make necsssary changes such as Service Pack Name, Type and Description. Also, you can add software or service packs to the existing service pack list. To add to the list, select from the available list of software and move to the selected software using >> buttons.

5. Clic Save.
   
   
   
    

Delete Service Packs

1. Go to Assets>>Software>>Service.

2. In the service pack list view, select one or more Service Packs of your choice and click Delete button.
