View Task Details

On the task list view, select a task title to open the task details page. You can edit or delete a task from the task details page using or icons.

 

 

The task details page contains 4 tabs:

Details: The comprehensive details of the task are displayed here. You can spot edit the task from here.

 

 

Edit the Group or Owner fields to mark/assign tasks. 
Edit Status field to move the task to Closed status. 

 

Comments: Communicate with technicians by adding remarks about the task/change and by replying to comments. Type @ to tag change users and technicians associated with your sites.

 

 

To notify users when they are tagged, configure email notifications under Admin > Automation (Helpdesk Customizer in Old UI) > Notification Rules.

Work Logs: Record time spent on the task. You can add the work completed, specify the time taken to resolve, cost, and more.

 

 

History: Captures various actions performed on the task.
