Status Actions

The close stage involves a certain number of statuses which indicate the progress of the change within the stage.

The various statuses for close stage available by default are:

Status	Purpose
In Progress	Change closing is in progress
Completed	Change is closed successfully.
Canceled	Change closing is cancelled by change technicians due to issues or constraints.

Statuses configured in change workflows to move the change to succeeding/preceding stages cannot be deleted, but can be renamed.

Whenever the change is moved to status Closed or Canceled, technicians will be prompted to associate a closure code to the change.
