CI Status

CI status denotes the current state of a CI in an organization. Admins can monitor the health and other attributes of CIs by configuring CI Status.

 

ServiceDesk Plus comes with certain default statuses such as Clear, Not Monitored, Attention, Trouble, Critical, etc. for CIs. To create a new CI Status,

 

 

If devices are synced from OpManager as CIs, the device status will also be synced as CI status. 

 

List View Operations 

If a CI status is deleted while it is in use, it will be marked as inactive. You can restore an inactive CI status by editing it.
