Proxy Settings

 

In ServiceDesk Plus, you can configure a proxy server to establish a secure connection between your organization and other servers.

 

Role required: SDAdmin

 

To configure proxy settings, go to Admin>>General Settings>>Proxy settings.

In the Configuration wizard, provide the following details:

 

Click Save.

 

 

After a proxy configuration is saved, you can Edit/Delete it from the header.
