Change Closure Rule

Change closure rules allow administrators to specify mandatory fields that must be filled before closing each stage of a change.

To set the mandatory fields,

• Go to Admin > Automation > Closure Rules > Change.
• Select the mandatory fields for each change by enabling the check boxes.
• Click Save after you have configured the mandatory fields. 

When closing a change stage, a warning message will appear if the mandatory fields are left unfilled.
