Department

From Department under a Service Desk Instance, you can only edit existing departments and view the relationship map of a department and its associated CIs. 

Use the edit icon beside each department in the list view to get to the details page. Edit the required fields and save it.  

Use the relationship map icon beside the edit icon to view the relationship map of a department and its CIs. 

Note: Department Name, Description, and Department Head fields cannot be modified from this page. Use Departments under ESM Directory to modify these fields or add new departments.
