Prerequisite to receive desktop notifications:
Application must run in the HTTPS mode.
Enable desktop notification. To do this, click 
on your browser's URL and select Site settings > Notification > Allow.
Desktop notifications alert users with detailed information about the events in the application. Desktop notifications show up as a small dialog box in the lower-right corner of the screen. This helps users to engage seamlessly and keep an eye on the updates even if they are working on different applications.
