Facility Services 

 

Under Facility Services, you can add the various available facilities, such as the Wifi, Pantry, Cab, etc. You can associate these services with Campuses, Buildings, Floors, and Rooms and Spaces. You can use templates to create a new facility service as well.

 

To add a new Facility Service,

• Go to Spaces > Facility Service and click +New.
• Enter a name and description for the facility.
• Assign supervisors. Add attachments if any.
• Click Save.

 

Once you have created facility services, they will be available to be associated under Campus, Structures, Floors, and Rooms&Spaces.

Facility Services List View 

From the facility service list view, you can add, edit or delete facility services.

To add a facility service, click on the +New and fill out the displayed form.

To edit or delete a facility service, click on the icon and perform the preferred action.

You can use filters or the search option at the header to find a particular facility service.

You can switch between table view and classic view by using the respective icons (Table, classic) on the top right corner.
