Import Sample Script
Import frequently used sample scripts from a predefined list to save setup time and maintain consistent script patterns across your organization. Import sample scripts either from the custom function list view or while creating a new custom function.
Supported Modules: Requests, Changes, Problems

Click Import Sample Scripts.

In the Import Sample Script slider, select the required script.

Click How to configure? to view implementation details for the selected script.

Click Import. In Script Configuration, modify the values as per your application requirements.

Click Modify and Save to save the script changes.

Click Save or Save and Test to save custom function.
Import Sample Script option is not available for approval levels, Zia functions, callback functions, and global functions.
