Portal Translations (Instance-Specific)
 

If you have ESM enabled and you want to translate UI texts or any texts in an instance alone say HR instance, you can do so by using Portal Translations. Portal Translations works very much the same as the Common Translations under the ESM Directory. Only that here the texts fetched are specific to an instance.  

Go to Admin >> General Settings >> Portal Translations. 

Select a language and choose a text (English text) that you want to change. 

You can also find and replace a text across the instance or individually modify them from the list of text that is shown. 

• Once you click Proceed. A list showing where the changes will be made will be shown. 

• Select the instances where you want to change the text, and click Replace at the bottom. 
• For modifying the sentences from the list that is shown, click Modify below each sentence.
