With the trial edition of ServiceDesk Plus, you can access the chatbot of ManageEngine Sales to avail technical assistance. The chatbot will be available under Admin as shown in the screenshot below.

Apart from the chatbot, you can contact ManageEngine support using the Live Chat option.
You can access the Live Chat from the following sections:

Clicking Live Chat redirects you to the ManageEngine Chat Portal where you can initiate a chat with the support team.
