My Assets widget lets you list all the assets associated with a user in the Requester’s self-service portal and allow the user to raise an issue for an associated asset right from the My Assets widget. For end-users, this is an easy way to raise an incident related to assets associated with them.
To add this widget to the requesters home page,

My Asset widget will be added to the requesters' home page.

From this widget, requesters can raise an incident related to the associated assets by clicking the Report an Issue button next to an asset. The service categories page will pop up. You can choose a relevant template from there and create an incident.
