PAM360 is an advanced privileged access management solution for medium and large-scale enterprises. When integrated with ServiceDesk Plus, you can manage and monitor all privileged access to assets in your organization.
It complies with various regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, PCI-DSS, and CCPA.
This integration supports remote access to Windows servers over Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) and to Linux and Mac machines over Telnet or Secure Shell (SSH).
The two-way communication between PAM360 and ServiceDesk Plus allows technicians to:
Perform help desk operations for privileged accounts via PAM360.
Access privileged accounts in target machines (or resources) remotely from within ServiceDesk Plus.
Safeguards critical assets, ensuring compliance and enhancing overall security.
Retains credentials, saving time spent in logging into remote machines for each session.
Enables quick troubleshooting.
ServiceDesk Plus technicians must also be PAM360 users, with the same username in both applications.
A working connection between application servers.
Make sure the domain name and username are the same in both the applications.
Role Required: SDAdmin and PAM360 Admin
Go to Admin > Apps & Add-ons > Integrations > ManageEngine.
On the PAM360 card, click Settings.
Select the Enable PAM360 menu check box to display the menu in the application's header. After integration, technicians can use this menu to access the integrated PAM360 product in a single click.
Enter the PAM360 application's server name and port number.
Click Generate Auth Token. This will open the PAM360 application in a new tab.
Log in to your PAM360 administrator account. (Ensure that you create a login name as "administrator" and use this login to generate the auth token).
Click Authorize. An auth token (or AppToken) will be generated.

Copy the auth token.

Go to the PAM360 integrations page in ServiceDesk Plus and enter the Auth token in the respective field.
Click Test Connection and Save to establish a connection between ServiceDesk Plus and PAM360 servers.

Post integration, the configuration page of ServiceDesk Plus will list the actions supported in the PAM360 as shown in the screenshot:

PAM360 action allows technicians to access machines remotely and view user account passwords.
You can limit the usage of the PAM360 action to specific roles or templates. Click the
icon beside the action name and follow the pointers mentioned below.

Finally, click Update.

Log in to PAM360
Go to Admin > Integrations > ManageEngine.
On the ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus card, click Edit.

Click Regenerate beside the AUTH Token field.
