Problem History

Problem history records all actions performed on the problem request. The various operations are grouped and listed by date.

 

Role Required: SDAdmin, Users with View Problem permission.

 

You can track the history of a problem request from the History tab in problem details page.

 

 

Use the Filter drop-down to refine the operations listed based on entities or fields.

 

 

Click to sort the operations listed in ascending/descending order.
