Custom Settings

The custom settings wizard allows you to customize the structure of the report. Go to Reports > Custom Settings and design your report using the following pointers.

Tabular Column Size

Specify the font size of small text, large text, number, date, and time in the corresponding fields.

Matrix Column Size

Specify the width and height of cells in the matrix column.

Chart Size

Specify the width and height of charts in the corresponding fields.

General Settings

  • Select the time format. Choose to disable links, view one group per page, and include shared requests in reports.

  • Replace the empty values in reports with indicative text such as not assigned, null, or no data.

  • To export reports as PDF, provide font file path for unsupported languages.

  • Enter the length of column display names in bytes. If the length is not specified, the column name will be displayed based on the database server's maximum length.

  • Select Disable date personalization in XLS and XLSX export to make date columns customizable in XLS and XLSX exported files of tabular reports.

Remove Header Settings

Remove the header in reports to reuse it effectively in other applications or custom scripts.
You can export reports without headers in HTML, PDF, XLS, XLSX, and CSV file formats.
Note: Header will not be removed for a report that is generated without data.

Bar Chart/Stacked Bar Chart Settings

Specify the number of columns and label length of the chart.
