View requests based on filters

 

The Filter drop-down menu consists of default filter list which classifies requests as My GroupsRequests and My Views. The filter has options to restrict the list view to display All Requests, Incident RequestsService Requests, link to view Archived Requests and Trashed RequestsCustom views can be marked as 'favourite' by tapping th icon and the order can also be rearranged by 'drag and drop'  icon.

To view requests under the filter categories,

  1. Click Requests tab in the header pane.

  2. Select the Filter drop-down menu to view the list of filters.

                                           

 

My Groups

The support groups to which you are assigned is listed under All My Groups.  You can view all the requests raised for a group using the filters.

This option lists all the requests assigned to your associated groups.

 

Requests

The Requests consists of default filters which classify requests based on the status.

All your open requests and the requests that are not assigned to any technicians will be listed under this option.

All the requests that have not been assigned to any technician will be listed under this option.

Lists all open requests assigned to you.

All your assigned requests that are kept on hold will be listed under this option.

Lists the requests assigned to you that have exceeded the due date.

Lists the requests assigned to you that are unfinished.

Lists the requests and requests with tasks assigned to you that are unfinished.

Lists the requests assigned to you that are due to complete on that day.

Lists the requests assigned to you that are completed and closed.

Lists all the request that require your approval.

Lists all the requests assigned to you.

Lists all the open request irrespective of the technician.

Lists all the request that are in on hold status.

Lists all the request that have exceeded the due date.

Lists all the request that are due for the day.

Lists all the request that are pending for approval.

Lists all the unfinished request irrespective of the technician.

Lists all the closed request irrespective of the technician.

Lists the requests that are waiting your update.

Lists the requests that you have updated.

Lists all request irrespective of the status (closed, pending, open, on hold) and technician.

Lists all the requests shared with you that are unfinished.

Lists all requests shared with you irrespective of the status.

Lists all requests created by SDAdmin from missed chats.

Lists all requests that are raised on closing a chat.

 

My View

The customized private views are listed under My Views. You can create a custom view by clicking   or   >> New Custom View.
