User /Technician Additional Fields

Using the User/Technician Additional Fields, you can include new fields into a user profile. For example, you can choose to add an additional field for the location of the user. The newly added fields will be displayed in the user’s or technician’s details page. You can add Single/Multi-Line, Pick List, Numeric, and Date/Time fields.

Select the User Additional Field or Technician Additional Field.
Click Add New to create a new additional field.
Select the type of field you want to add, enter default values, and a description.
Click Save. The field will get added to the User/Technician additional field list view.

Note: Additional fields added from an instance alone can be edited from the instance. Additional fields (Global additional fields) added from the ESM directory cannot be edited from instances.
