Viewing Purchase Reports

To view purchase reports

  1. Click the Reports icon in the header pane. Locate Purchase Reports and expand to list all types of Purchase Reports.

  2. Click any of the purchase reports of your choice

You can generate the purchase reports for the time duration you want.

To choose the time period

  1. Click the report name to view the default report generated for the current month.

  2. Once you enter into the individual report view, click Edit button and select Filering Options>>Date Filter.

  3. From the Date Filter section, select the column and then your preferred time period.

  4. To select predefined time periods, click During radio button and select any of the following options:  This Week, Last Week, This Month, This Quarter, Last Quarter, and Ever Opened.

  5. To choose your own custom period, select the appropriate radio button and select your preferrred From and To dates.

  6. Click Run Report.

The report is generated for the custom period that you have chosen.
