You can customize Classic Bot and Ask Zia for technicians and requesters as per the requirements of your organization.
Role Required: SDAdmins
On the Ask Zia Customization page, fill out the fields as described below:

Bot Name |
Provide a name for the bot. By default, it is Zia. |

Bot Theme |
Select a theme for the bot from the available options. |

Header Message |
Provide a title or message to be displayed on the bot header. |

Choose Bot Avatar |
Select an avatar from the available options. To add a custom avatar, select Custom Icon and click the plus icon. The image should be 40x40 pixels @ 72 DPI, with a maximum file size of 3MB.

Configure the chatbot’s behavior by using the following options:

View the final look of the bot from the Preview section.
Click Save to apply changes.
Click Reset to restore the default settings.

Upload an icon for the bot, which will appear in the header and footer. To hide the icon in the header, select the Turn off only header position checkbox. |
