CMDB Admin Configurations

The CMDB comprises CIs, grouped under different CI types and connected by different relationships.

The SDAdmin, SDCMDBAdmin, can access its admin configurations under Admin > Customization > CMDB.

Before configuring CIs and their relationships, set up the following admin configurations.

• Configuration Item Types (CI Types): Create CI Types to categorize CIs.
• CI Status: Create specific status for CIs.
• Sync Rules: Create sync rules to sync various entities as CIs.
