Cisco IP phone discovery

ServiceDesk Plus lets you to discover Cisco IP phones during scan. Cisco IP phone discovery can be done using the default credential set for Cisco IP phone.

To Discover Cisco IP phones in the scan (Network Scan),

• Go to Admin->Network Scan. (Discovery Section).
• Click  Add New Network button 
• Select Entire network or an IP range and the choose Cisco Phone credential. Click here to know more about credentials.
• Finally, Save.

Note: The Cisco Phone credential is set by default and can not be deleted.
