The Change Advisory Board (CAB) scrutinizes the drafted change plan and provides approval to implement the change.
The Details sub-tab displays the estimated cost for implementing the change. Depending on your change role and permissions, you can spot-edit the cost field.
Additional fields configured with the approval stage are also displayed here.

You can add and manage tasks to break down the work involved in approval stage.
In the Tasks sub-tab,
to add a task. You can also quick add tasks by clicking

to edit, delete, or close a task. You can also select multiple tasks and click
on the toolbar to close or delete tasks in bulk.

Click on a task name to open the task details page. You can view the comprehensive details of the task, spot-edit the task fields, add comments or work logs, and track history from the task details page.
You can also manage tasks from the Actions menu on the toolbar or from the Tasks tab on the left pane. Learn more.
Technicians can add notes add important information about the approval stage and tag users to notify them.
In the Notes sub-tab,

beside Add Notes option to expand or collapse all notes.

Track the approval levels associated with the approval stage. Depending on your permissions, you can perform approval actions on the change.

From the Level Actions drop-down, you can approve, reject, edit or delete approval levels based on your permissions.

View the status transitions of the change in the approval stage, along with the comments added during transitions.
