The life cycle of a change request ends with the close stage. The change technicians can formally close a change by associating a closure code. The closure code details if a change is closed due to cancellation, rejection, completion, or other reasons to the stakeholders.
The Details sub-tab in close stage displays the following sections that analyzes the change:

After the change reaches Complete status in close stage, you can scan associated assets to ensure the change is implementation did not affect the assets.

You can add and manage tasks to break down the work involved in the close stage.
In the Tasks sub-tab,
to add a task. You can also quick add tasks by clicking

to edit, delete, or close a task. You can also select multiple tasks and click
on the toolbar to close or delete tasks in bulk.

Click on a task name to open the task details page. You can view the comprehensive details of the task, spot-edit the task fields, add comments or work logs, and track history from the task details page.
You can also manage tasks from the Actions menu on the toolbar or from the Tasks tab on the left pane. Learn more.
Technicians can add notes add important information relevant to closing the change and tag users to notify them.
In the Notes sub-tab,

beside Add Notes option to expand or collapse all notes.
to sort the order in which the notes are displayed.

View the status transitions of the change in the close stage, along with the comments added during transitions.
